The reason I decided to spend a little more money on a quality chopping board was because every board I've ever bought has warped. Well, a week later, this one also started to deform. I have to turn it every day to straighten it and then over and over again. I like the way it looks and its weight is amazing but I'm a little disappointed that it twisted my ankle.
