Review on Fotodiox Pro Lens Mount Adapter With Auto-Exposure, Auto-Focus And Auto-Aperture, Canon EOS EF EFs Lens To EOS M EF-M Camera Body by Jason Hinrichs

EF lens lives again!

I have a few EF lens and only two EF-M lens. Not sure if I should purchase any new EF-M lens which I found not many good EF-M lens. Hesitated to purchase EF to EF-M len mount for almost a year since Canon is charging the mount for a unreasonable price. Finally make the move when I found this Fotodiox mount.Frankly I do not have much expectation for this adapter since it is just fraction of price compare to Canon adapter. However my jaw drops to the ground. How can they make something this great and price it so low? The body of the mount is made of plastic which is solid and match my m and m50; with metal part on both connecting sides. It lock and stay with the body perfectly, firm and tight. Same on the lens side. Autofocus is as good as it get, fast and accurate. I do not see any different using a native EF-M lens or a regular EF lens with adapter. It is just perfect! If you have a m series camera and want to use EF lens no matter you already have a EF lens or planning to purchase one. Get this mount adapter. Period.
