I like that it's easy to use, very intuitive! All of our staff are able work together with great ease using this software - which has been an asset when we have needed extra help due accessibility issues or other challenges faced during service times (for example). There was one time where i couldn't find my way around at all in some areas so had no idea how best navigate them but once found they were simple enough even if you're not familiar w/the app itself as longs instructions make sense straight away!! The support team could be more efficient sometimes too slow responding etc though most things do get sorted out pretty quickly without me having any problems myself however occasionally there may still need fixing by themselves after reporting back via email / phone call.
