The ease of use, it's simple to navigate through all aspects of our church business. It also has some great features that are easy to implement into your organization. The ease of creating custom fields, filters & reports! There are so many ways to customize this tool that it truly becomes your own database with its inbuilt functions (e.g., auto email reminders). It would be nice if there was an option to export data as csv or excel files instead just pdfs which don't work very well when trying to create graphs/charts later down the line. I like that it's easy to use, has lots of features (including an app), integrates with other software programs, etc., so we don't have to keep switching back and forth between different systems or apps when doing our work! It also makes keeping track of all those little details about people who are in your database much easier than trying to remember them yourself. I like that it allows me to keep track of all my contacts, which was hard when we used our old software package! It also has many different modules such as membership management or event planning so you are not limited in what your church does with this program! The only thing i dislike about them now would be if they could offer more training before implementing their product into any ministry setting because there really isn't much out here regarding how easy/hard using these programs…

I like that it's easy to use, very intuitive! All of our staff are able work together with great ease using this software - which has been an asset when we have needed extra help due accessibility issues or other challenges faced during service times (for example).
