I like that it's easy to use, has lots of features (including an app), integrates with other software programs, etc., so we don't have to keep switching back and forth between different systems or apps when doing our work! It also makes keeping track of all those little details about people who are in your database much easier than trying to remember them yourself. The customer support team at churchcrm was very helpful in getting me up & running quickly after my initial installation went awry due to some issues they had not anticipated. They were able to get everything working again within 24 hours - no questions asked. We're using this product primarily as a way to store contact info/information regarding members of our congregation, but there seems to be plenty of room left over for us to add more functionality if needed down the road. Currently only storing basic data such as first names, last initials, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, etc. Nothing too fancy.
