I love that it allows you to connect with people at any time, whether they are online or offline! The interface could use some work but there's no doubt this software will get better as more users start using it. It helps me keep in contact with my church family so we don't lose track of them when things change like moving into different houses etc. This has also helped us find new members who have been searching our website without success - before they would never know about what was available within their own community.
