Works over long distances

Needed a relay to control a gate nearly 300 feet away in a metal box. Tried a WiFi relay that just won't connect to the hotspot via a metal box. Installed this relay and everything worked without problems. Very happy with it. The only downside is that there aren't enough local schedules/timers. Only allows 6 events, I needed 6 on and 6 off events, this relay only allows 6 events/schedule. Not a deal breaker as you can use automation to add more schedules, they just won't work if you lose internet.
