The ease of access to patient information, ability for physicians to send messages directly from their smartphones or tablets using an app called "iMessage".
This allows them to have immediate communication with patients without having to go through emailing systems which can be time consuming especially if you are in multiple locations at once! It would also helpful if there was more training available so that medical professionals could get comfortable with how it all works right away instead of needing weeks/months worth of hands-on experience before they feel like they're ready. I think this has helped us improve our efficiency as we've been able to see what's going wrong faster than ever before.
