Great Experience For Tracking Customers

Its very helpful for customer support- you can easily rate your customers' concerns via this tool (even when out of office). Sometimes it gets slower during peak hours/ working days if too many calls are coming through at once. I would recommend getting 1 year trial account initially so that everyone is benefited by all features being offered with no extra charges later! This software has tremendously helped us resolve multiple issues within our team without any intervention from senior management as well - they trust what we create using ROC's platform only :) It helps customers know their call experience across several parameters like first & last interaction date etc.. The ability to create and send emails to our customers very easily. The ability to easily track and manage our customers. I dislike the customer service aspect of it. It can be hard to get through to the help desk to resolve a problem. It would be great if the customer service was more proactive. We are able to send emails to our customers, track our customers, and manage our customers through the tool. It has been a great tool for us.
