Revainrating 4 out of 5

With new improved cable

This is not the highest quality product but I give it 4 stars for overall size, quality and affordability. Many other car seats are very expensive (some cost over $200) and many of them felt too small for my 23 lb Bichon. Pros: Large washable cover (polyester canvas and lambskin) More than durable enough to deal with any dog you encounter. may fit Has a strap with carabiner to attach to the harness Cons: The parts are a bit tricky to assemble but manageable. The case is a little uncomfortable, which is what you'd expect from something that's meant to be form-fitting but mass-produced. Sheepskin plastic is of much lower quality. than what is commonly used in pet products can wear out with repeated washing. The sheepskin cover attaches with Velcro - can be a problem if your dog digs a lot. The pillow is VERY thin. No wall pads. bad quality and broken. Mine came with a hefty carabiner and strap which is different from the product image. It looks like the company has listened and responded by updating these details. Not sure if other reviews have mentioned that the seat belt anchorage is actually attached to the seat belt (where it feeds through the car seat) and not the car seat itself. That makes installing it in a car a bit more difficult, but it also means you don't have to rely on a car seat to keep your pet in place. I added some photos before, during and after assembly. so you can see what I'm talking about (sorry they're a bit messy).
