I like this trivet because not only is it aesthetically pleasing but it is also very durable and well made. I use it for my 0.9L Tetsubin teapot which it sits perfectly on. I didn't think that a little light in a base candle holder would make a huge difference in a cast iron teapot, but it really does. The other day I started my kettle with a candle and went to 2 different shops which took about an hour and a half, got home and still had hot tea ready! I'm so glad I got it
