Thoughtburst is Amazing and Great Value
I like how easy it was to set up in my site so far no issues but i would say more people should know about this software because not many sites offer something as good for customer service purposes! Easy access from your website which makes everything easier plus you can track them through multiple channels including social media platforms too!! You get what u pay fo. If ur looking into getting an engagement platform then definitely use thought burst its super helpful when doing surveys or polls via email etc..
