I'm giving it 4 stars for the price and delivery cause I never actually got to wear it cause it was too small. I ordered it following the size chart and it still was too small. I'm 5"6 134lbs 24 waist and just had Lipo done. I couldn't even get it past my thighs. It's waaaay smaller than the chart says so I returned it and just spent the $140 on a real Colombian fajas body compression that fits so much better and the material is perfect. If you're low on cash and can't afford a real Colombian fajas then this will probably work for you. But remember you get what you pay for. The material is pretty sturdy but it does make a swoosh noise when walking. Overall it's a good product but if you're post op and want real results then spend the extra money on a real fajas but like i said if you need something this will help but def order a size or 2 up. I ordered a small and couldn't get it up my legs. My other faja is a small and perfect.
