At first the product was bought as "NEW", but it was only refurbished. Many signs of use. Now the biggest problem. There is no manual that shows you how to program. Watched countless videos and read countless manuals. None of them were even set to the same remote control button, and none of the actions examined worked. Advertised as "compatible with". However, it does not explain how to program remote access to any of these items. ONKYO's default settings also do not work. Guaranteed someone will post an answer showing a misconfiguration in this thread. There probably won't even be a correct remote control model number. If you try to use the manual to answer my concerns, please make sure the remote control is actually the "RC-799M" model and not some other similar product.
