Very helpful support. The instructions strike the right balance of readability and appropriateness, but it's helpful to be able to answer a few questions to get you started. You need to turn the power on when you connect the servos to the board, but it might be worth thinking twice before leaving it on when you connect the camera, otherwise you could turn it off. I can't believe a robot like this isn't available at this price point. A few hours of tedious screwing and connecting wires, then a few more hours of installation and parsing of the code, and it's walking around your room. It would be helpful to have some experience with rpi and python first, otherwise you will have more questions. I love that it's basically a Python-based tool with a camera and an ultrasonic range finder that you can program however you want. There are 18 reliable servos, so get four good 18650 batteries. Don't skimp on power.
