Review on NANPU DFR-02 1/4" NPT Air Drying System - Double Air Filters, Air Pressure Regulator Combo - Semi-Auto Drain, Poly Bowl by Kevin Parker

Installation was straightforward and the unit is leak free when the regulator is turned up all the way (I use an inline regulator at the tool). The description on Revain called it a "filter dryer" but the instructions call it a "filter lubricator." It appears to have zero utility as an air dryer. The sintered metal filters and bowl trap design work well for removing solids and maybe coalesced liquid, but there is no desiccant or ability to add desiccant. I still get showers of moisture when disconnecting downstream quick disconnects. After painting an entire vehicle there is zero captured moisture in the bowls, but evidence of moisture contamination from the air line in the paint. Had to use disposable inline filter dryers to solve that problem.
