Hello there. The review I will write today will be about Abt. Abt is a US based store created in 1936. The store posted a slogan on its official website to show its sincerity to its customers, and in this slogan, the store says that it sees people as a family member, not as a customer. I think having such a slogan is a great step, because many people always look for intimate stores to become permanent customers and I think Abt is one of those stores. Abt, which has a great reputation throughout the USA, also manages to keep customer satisfaction high. We can see this in customers' feedback about the store.
Judging by the feedback, almost all of the customers are satisfied with the services provided by the store. Planning to become a world-famous company, Abt is not a global store for now. But unlike other global stores, I think Abt has a much greater potential to be global, because it always shows that customers are right and thus manages to keep customer satisfaction high.
