tickling; but this is great. I like it. It has suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place. The top has different lengths of silicone grass and bulges to massage your feet. I used liquid bath soap to make it bubble. and rub your feet against it. It tickled; but also felt great. It cleans and promotes blood circulation in the legs. I think it would be AMAZING to use in a wash bath, in a foot bath/foot spa. It is very durable and easy to clean. I didn't get a catch or any further information. I use a metal shower hook to hang it up after use.
