We've been able to quickly get up and running with BrainCloud without having to worry about server installations or other infrastructure issues. The support team have always responded very promptly to our questions - in fact they're more likely than not going above and beyond what we asked for! They even hosted an online training session which was really helpful, as it gave us all access to their product at once instead of one person being trained separately from everyone else later on. In terms of customisation, this can be difficult but they do offer some level of support through their forums. There's also no in-built way to track how many people are using your game/app for example so you might find that there's nothing coming out unless you log into Braincloud yourself (which isn't ideal).
