Looks like a solid winch. Haven't used it yet, but installation went smoothly. All accessories and cables were in the box. I already had a bumper to mount the winch to, so it probably took me 45 minutes to attach the bolts and run the wires. The control box was damaged during transport. Supervinch answered the call after three rings, real person, no automated systems. A service employee ships a new part and receives an email confirmation within minutes of hanging up - it couldn't be easier. That's what attracted me to this brand. After owning Smittybilt and a disbanded support team, Superwinch is really impressive.
