I took these for a 3 mile run and they stayed in place with no fuss. Medium-sized soft caps are already installed, but a pair of smaller and larger ear pads are also included. The sound is excellent. This is not "tin" like a cheap pair. It sounds intense to me. The case has a USB port that you can plug in to charge your headphones. The instructions for use are quite simple. You can increase/decrease volume, fast forward/rewind tracks and start/pause playback. You can also answer and hang up on your iPhone when a call comes in, all controlled by the number of clicks on the left or right earcup. Not sure how well that works when you answer the call. I don't usually talk on the phone while I'm running. It connects easily to my iPhone. I plugged in my headphones and my iPhone found them in Settings/Bluetooth. Excellent purchase. I'm so glad I didn't have to deal with the wireless iPhone, which is ugly anyway. My only wish is that they are in other colors like pink and purple.
