They were quite difficult to install, although that may be because I bent the bracket when I first tried to install it or when I removed the old filter. The good news is that if installed incorrectly, you will not be able to add a decorative front cover and most importantly, there will be NO water leaking from your internal water dispenser. So there's no way to believe you installed them correctly, but not entirely sure. Either it works or it doesn't work. Follow the instructions (the install instructions didn't help much as I think it should be easy if the strut isn't bent) and run plenty of water through the filter before drinking. I tasted the water straight away and you can definitely taste the filter product in the water. But now that they're installed correctly and have been running for over a week, the water tastes great and I'm ashamed I didn't change the filter sooner!
