Review on πŸ”₯ Fumoto Original F107N: A Reliable Oil Drain Valve with LC-10 Lever Clip - Golden - Buy Now! by David Burns

Well done, highly recommend

I bought this for my 2016 Ecoboost Mustang. The kit comes with a washer as well as the valve itself. Note that you will also need to purchase an extension when purchasing for the Ecoboost Mustang as the valve itself does not clear the raised areas of the oil pan around the drain plug. There is no gap issue in my car as the drain plug faces the rear of the car instead of being angled down. I've had it on my car for about 6 months and 5,000 miles, enough for one oil change. I also bought a clip that goes over the release valve which gives extra assurance that it won't move, although the spring is pretty strong and I still don't expect it to move. The design of the valve makes a solid impression. The valve is absolutely tight and I had no leaks either on the valve or on the threads. The threads are perfect for my car and well finished. There are more expensive valves out there but this one seems fine. Most other valves I've seen are about $50 more expensive than this one and I'm pretty sure they're fine, but I have no reason to believe this valve in terms of durability, safety, and performance is in any way inadequate. . It drains a little slower than the OEM drain plug, but that's to be expected with a smaller opening. It took about 15 minutes to fully drain the 6 liters of warm oil using the valve, which is probably 5 minutes longer than the time I would leave the drain plug, so it doesn't matter.
