I am VERY satisfied with the product itself. Ever since I started photography I have always bought Bogen and Manfrotto heads and tripods because I thought they were the best. Last year I noticed that all my tripods and heads were broken or falling apart. When my last bowhead finally broke last week, I decided to try a new brand. Saw it on Amazon and decided to try it. I've only had it a few hours but I can tell you it's a REALLY IMPRESSIVE head. It's all metal, damn solid, and overall built like a tank. The pen grip is very strong. FWIW, I shoot a Canon 6D 2.8 70-200L and it's absolutely stable. I love it. This is particularly impressive given that it costs about 1/3 the price of a similar bow head. For $41 I'll probably buy another one to hold on a different tripod. Two small issues with the quick release plate; (1) There is a thumbscrew on the bottom of the quick release plate to clamp the camera body. The one I received is free and comes immediately. (2) It seems a bit difficult to get extra plates for extra camera bodies.
