I am 0g. They were packaged well and are a great set for the price. A pair of pairs has a fork slightly larger than a matchstick. O-rings are very difficult to put on so I used the ones I already have. They are true to size. I recommend. *UPDATE* If you have sensitive ears this is not for you. They made my ears itch like crazy.
