I love supplements and use protein powder to improve my training results. In theory, MacroMeal Vegan Superfood Powder from MacroLife Naturals combines the best of both worlds. It uses different forms of vegan protein to free up time and ensure you're constantly getting nutrients and feeling fuller for longer. Added to this are MCT oil, superfood blends, antioxidants, probiotics, vitamins, micronutrients, fiber and digestive enzymes. It's a well thought out combination that can easily replace your meal and most other supplements you take, all in one convenient package. Prices are fair even though you pay to get it in 10 separate packs. It's almost perfect, but because it's completely vegan, the proteins aren't "complete" and can cause problems for some people. The chocolate taste is quite normal. I was worse but I was better. Combine that with a gritty lime flavor and it's something a person wouldn't consume unless it were also super healthy. As a base, I tried stirring my first sachet in water. It mixes well again, but there is some lumping at first and the sand will float to the bottom if not drunk right away. It's by far the best in a smoothie or mixed with another food or drink. However, I feel good after using it and it certainly gives me a healthy boost! It also keeps the feeling of hunger for a decent amount of time. I would consider it again but next time in the bath. Made in USA Cort
