Lots of conflicting reviews on this but I tried anyway so I'll justify its good work with a positive review. It works exactly as it's supposed to. If you don't know how TDI time is calculated, I can easily see how this can fail. The pump pin is definitely too big in diameter. Remove the wheel from the chrome and apply some pressure to install it in the pump. Better to be too big than too small and have a game. Other comments about the tension tool pulling the dowel pins off were not a problem. The actual torque you need to apply to the spanner is very small and if you click the pin you are doing it wrong.
