Best seasoned in a frying pan

Definitely recommend seasoning before use no matter what it says. Otherwise they hold up well. I used the big one for frying and didn't need to season it. Boil eggs without sticking when properly seasoned, but not straight out of the box. (all blown/stuck in the end)
