I installed one of the six new filters I bought. It looked the same and fit perfectly. After using the air purifier/vacuum cleaner I found that it doesn't pick up objects or water! At first I didn't think the filter was the problem because it looked perfect. I changed the canister seal thinking it was leaking air. Still does not work. So what's wrong? The filter's paper filter material is slightly thicker than the original factor element. And because of this, it prevents the air purifier/vacuum cleaner from working properly. When I changed the filter to factor one, the cleaner/vacuum cleaner worked perfectly again. I have attempted to contact on behalf of the supplier for a replacement/refund but Revain is not showing any contact information. Therefore, the rating relates ONLY to the problem that occurred with the filter of this brand.
