The customer service we receive when making claims is fantastic! Very quick responses from all staff members involved in our claim management process and they are always polite & friendly throughout this whole experience.

There isn't much I dislike about ARCA other than it not being available in Ireland yet but that's probably more down to lack of demand rather than anything else! Make sure you read everything you can before signing up for auto insurance through them as there is some pretty good stuff included such as free yearly checkups with no obligation. We have found it so easy to find quotes via this website which has been one less thing for us to worry about. It also makes life easier when dealing with insurers as well because they know exactly what cover we require and how much should be charged each month.
