Terrible for a headset
I've been using this headset for a year as my primary work headset and wow hot shit is the only way to describe it. Connect to a device within range via BT. It picks up every little background noise. I usually have trouble when I press the mute button to toggle mute status and it toggles back. I ended up having the best experience with Jabra branded headsets at half the price. . Don't buy this thing Plantronics is clearly not taking advantage of its partnership with Polycom. The only saving grace for this piece of junk is that it was given to me for free.
