Review on 🍫 Wilton Candy Melts Candy and Chocolate Melter, 2.5 Cup Capacity by Johnny Bloomer

I usually melt candy in the microwave. But we had to buy a new microwave, and it can't handle melted Wilton lollipops. So I ordered that. Anyway, I've secretly always wanted it! I figured it would be a lot easier and not have to be standing next to the microwave while it melts. The instructions are very clear. Hand wash the entire block and dry before use. I did it. There is a line in the pot that cannot be filled with candy. I didn't even fill it that high and it took 35 minutes to fully melt! There is a button for melting and heating. You can melt the candies and then keep them warm when they reach the ideal temperature. You have to keep stirring it while it melts. It leaves lumps where the candy pieces haven't melted. That's why I only gave four stars. This takes a long time and doesn't seem to work as well as a microwave once thoroughly melted. I love how it keeps candies warm for as long as you need them without burning. I will keep it as I have bought many candy molds and will be using them soon.
