Feel free to buy this for your Challenger. You will definitely feel more noticeable power from your car. I was shocked how much more my car pulls than without this inlet. I see no point in buying an open intake system instead of this closed box. I'm glad I chose the K&N front desk. Delivery was on time! I paid a little more to have it featured in Cars and Coffee next Saturday. Even though the down tube requires the car to be raised, I'll give it a 5. BTW, I didn't mount the down tube, big difference anyway. Possibly even more so once the downspout is finally connected as cooler air will flow in. This air intake is worth the money if you decide to buy an air intake.
