Great, must-have software for travel reservations
I liked that it was very easy to configure since we had previously used Booking Manager (Bizagi).
It offers many of those features in one platform but with more customization options as well so there are no issues at all really! As said above - BKM not available anymore :( We were using them together until they decided to shut down their service last year :/. However now only booking manager remains which doesn't support multiple currencies or availability calendars etc., you have everything set up once then nothing changes later when things change.
Pros
- Easy setup
- Customizable calendar views for each user, team member & admin
- Great customer management system where guests can be assigned directly from your website without any manual input.
- Very good mobile app solution too great experience while running our business remotely :)
Cons
- Not much control over guest check ins/out process.
- Can become quite complicated if managing lots
