For some reason you have to sign for delivery of this hose. If you are not there, you will need to drive to a UPS pickup location that is not near me. I took a closer look at this rubber hose and am amazed at the reason for such a high level of security. It doesn't seem very dangerous, but you never know. If they had just delivered that hose, someone could tie it around their necks or use it to whip dogs. There may have been a wave of hose thefts. I noticed that if you put one end of this tube in your ear, you can hear yourself speaking when you speak into the other end. That's all! It's a magic hose! That would explain! I mean, who wouldn't do anything to get a magic tube and put it in their ear!
