The back metal plate you use to attach to the previous mounts is barely glued to the back. I've received 2 so far, the first one I sent back, the second arrived and almost immediately fell through in the same discount. It stays on the back of my Iphone 2 Pro Max with no problem, but when you attach it to the car mount and then try to remove the phone from the mount for the first time, the metal plate stays on the mount and this adapter stays powered on your iPhone.
