The set comes with a nail file, which is always helpful, but I did find that the included adhesive tabs did not work quite as well as the glue. The nails did pop off a couple of times while I was doing some household chores, but I was able to easily reapply them with the glue. The nails stayed on securely for a week, which is quite impressive for press-on nails.
