My wife and I bought this speaker as a Christmas present for her younger brother. We are happy with the price. The light is cool, the sound is great for the price. A few tips for opening. It took about three hours to fully charge. The speaker will flash red and red when charging. The light will turn off when fully charged. This speaker didn't come with a power adapter to connect USB for charging, so you'll need to use your phone's brick or similar. Hold down the song skip button to scroll up and down the column on the device (it's the same button). The speaker took about 30 seconds for my phone to see it when connected to Bluetooth. I would also advise if multiple devices are synced to it, turn off Bluetooth on the devices you are not using. I've seen this speaker try to sync to other devices in the middle of songs. Overall a great speaker and loud sound for the price. I would recommend if you have $30 to spend on a speaker. ***Edit*** The speaker keeps rebooting when connected to bluetooth and broadcasts back to check if the new one works.
