stamped, thin and lightly chromed.
The quality is not good, if you need a plate frame, it is enough, but the chrome is thin, not smooth and polished, maybe a quick layer of chrome, and looks very thin and embossed. No quality compared to other brands. Also the holes are big, i have lighted screws, and the holes are too big if you don't put big washers which looks stupid i can't use them. Not the quality I want on my trip.
