This was the perfect entertainment for my 5 year old daughter's 12 hour holiday trip. I even enjoyed playing it. Unfortunately, it started feeding on batteries and died, even after trying another new set of batteries and then the AC adapter, without reappearing. I bought it from QVC for $20, so $50 isn't worth it for less than 4 months of play.
