Pretty but huge: plain collars

These collars are very cute but the picture and description are deceiving; They're listed as intended for "puppies and small dogs," but they definitely aren't. Even in the shortest version, these collars are almost the length of my dog's entire body. In fact, they are designed for medium and medium-sized dogs. Not worth returning them so I'll be donating them to a local animal shelter.
