I do not normally send feedback if an item performs as expected. Because the item worked as expected. But when a toilet seat isn't working properly, it deserves a comment. The toilet seat was used for five days. If an adult leans forward while sitting, the entire seat will detach from the bracket. This leads to a sad experience. This is a terrible design flaw. Please withdraw this immediately and we will endeavor to purchase another toilet seat.
