Sensible Software - User Friendly & Easy To Use

I like how easy it was to install this software in our organization's communication platform as well as integrate with other systems we use such as SharePoint Online for eDiscovery compliance. Some of their processes are outdated; they're moving away from some legacy practices that were helpful at one time but not necessary anymore (and may actually hinder us going forward). We've been able to automate much of what used to take tons upon thousands of hours per year now takes mere minutes through SmartMarks emails processing capabilities! The platform allows us to easily manage our inboxes from one place. I love that it has an easy way for you to create folders and filters, which makes managing your emails so much easier. There are some glitches when using certain functions (like creating new mailboxes) but they have been working with me to fix this issue. We use SMX as a tool to help organize all of our different inboxes into one stream. It's also great because we can access any account anywhere anytime!

  • Ease of use/easy setup.
  • Easy management interface where users do NOT need special training or experience required just simple knowledge about email etiquette is enough.
Cons
  • Not very intuitive user friendly
  • Need more customization options
