Review on Waterproof Spotting Scope in Black by BARSKA Colorado by Paul Mac

If you are on a budget and looking for a good Spotting Scope

STOP READING THE REVIEWS. If you are on a budget and looking for a good spotting scope, then this spotting scope is for you. I have read many reviews of different scopes and although there have been many conflicting reviews of this scope I settled on this one. I received my scope yesterday after ordering on a Tuesday evening. Today I took it to the range and shot my 223 at 300 yards and my 270 at 500 yards. I could see my bullet holes on the paper as clear as daylight at only 40 magnification. I have no doubt that I can easily see 1000 yards if I turn the power up to 60. The focus knob turns easily, as does the motorized eyepiece. It has really good green OD coating and light weight. The tripod is weak and the sight's image jumps with any wind. So I use my Valcon 450 Camara tripod for the scope and everything is fine. I've never been a fan of Baraska but these are good quality binoculars. I would give 5 stars if IG had a better tripod.

Was as advertized and good on delivery. Has not lasted well enough to be worth it.
