Multipurpose 4 in 1 V Slicer comes in a very nice and colorful box. The food slicer comes with four interchangeable stainless steel blades that are really nice and sharp. Interchangeable blades: straw blade, coarse grater blade, rotary blade and cutting blade. The slicer has a nice tray that detaches completely and catches whatever you cut. it is very convenient to have; because not only does it catch what you cut, it also comes loose so you can use it as a serving platter. The food slicer also comes with a device that allows you to easily slice, slice or grate your food. It's really comfortable and works great; It has eight lugs that fit your food and help keep it in place, and it has a nice edge for ease of use and great protection. I really like these slicers! Before I had this slicer I had a famous cooking mandolin and I can honestly say I like the Lurch 4-in-1 multi-purpose V-Slicer better. I feel like the cut is better and the overall quality of the slicer is better is better. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
