Review on CHI Rocket Professional Hair Dryer by Christie Miller

I bought this hair dryer because my stylist uses it. So I had personal experience with him on the other side of the gun. In general, after 4 months of use, everything is fine. I have little girls that I dry their hair so it's important it's quiet so I can talk to them and quick so they don't get too annoyed and run out of the bathroom until their hair is done are dry. . It gets very hot so be careful. This is a truly professional product and should be treated as such. At first I noticed the effect of ionization, but maybe I've gotten used to it now, so it doesn't seem like much anymore. In any case, it works very well and the price was also very good, especially compared to other "professional" quality dryers. I'm very happy with it and the only question left is reliability. Looking at the prices, a New York salesman described the CHI engine as not repairable. Just take a look. Update: It's now late November 2010 and it's working great. No performance change. Still gives off a TON of heat. Usage has gone down a bit, from 3 times a day to 1 a day 2 months ago as my family no longer shares it. Update 2: In February 2013 it still works.
