Love it, I got one for Christmas from a friend so I buy it to give to family members, I order several but one of the globes makes a loud noise Noise and vibrates a little seems like the engine is dying I'm afraid. How can I contact the company to get a replacement? An update that I use for about 4-5 days. The music plays, but the motor doesn't turn to move the cereal. What a pity. Gave them to family and friends for Christmas. I don't have a number to contact this company. The company replaced 1 of the 6 I bought because the motor was making an odd noise. Update obviously it is a battery problem. So use a power plug. I had very good batteries and they don't last long. take care of the problem
