Sleek and low profile, this backpack stands out when you're out and about with your gear. Thule has come up with many neat ways to make this case comfortable for the average person, including an elastic strap that attaches to skateboard luggage if your shoulders get tired. Unfortunately, this backpack did not satisfy me in terms of comfort and ease of use. The "soft" shoulder straps are very thin and have very little padding. So if you're carrying more than a very light load, your shoulders will soon be screaming at you. The clasps, zips, and roll-up features are meant to make it easier to take off, but really just make it harder to get to your stuff easily and quickly. Maybe that's fine if you're worried about thieves and pickpockets, but for everyday use it's a concern.
