Sturdy In Sink Rack

Purchased this rack a while back. It fits perfectly in my double sink. Main problem I am having is keeping all my utensils in the utensil holder. It is frustrating that they keep slipping out. Other than this it has been pretty sturdy and hasn't rusted. Recommendations to improve the utensil holder perhaps with smaller holes and also rubber bumpers on the bottom of rack would be nice to prevent in sink scratches.
