Bought this to warm up my lunch. I tried to cook Hotdogs on 3 separate occasions and every time they were Luke warm at best. The last time I used it I plugged it in in the morning and 4 1/2 hours later the food was still not cooked. The red light was on and the box was warm to the touch so know it was working.I am very disappointed in this lunch box.

I put a bowl of soup in there and gave it an entire hour and it still wasn't hot, only warm. Either I got a defective unit or this thing just doesn't have enough heating power to be worth anything. I decided to upgrade the electrical system in my car to be able to handle a microwave instead of dealing with these rinky-dink electric lunchboxes.

Received January 11th and it's already fallen apart. (January 19th, is when the inside fell out of the top) my husband went to put his lunch in there that morning and the seal had given out and caused it to give out. He said it also doesn't heat up as well or as fast as another brand he had. The other brand we had for almost 3 years. The plug in wore out, it wasn't available for purchase so decided to try this one and it obviously wasn't worth it. 9 days for roughly $50.

Used it three times and it worked well, but just as I was about to use it again, I found that the tip of the plug had fallen off an it is now a useless piece of memorabilia of the good times that were.

Heats up things from Ham Pot Pie and Chili to Pizza quickly. Easily fits in most places. Great to take to an outside job for a warm meal!

Had one of these for years and loved warming up lunches in cold days when I didn’t have access to a microwave. The cord shorted out so I ordered this on which seemed comparable- the first day I used it it took over an hour for my food to even get to luke warm. I will be returning.

What fits in this? So small had to return, didn’t see how it would get cleaned other than wiping the inside. Thanks for attention!

This thing works almost too good. Just be careful what you put in it you can almost cook a meal It gets so hot. The lunch box may be subject to mechanical or electrical issues, requiring repairs or replacements.

I like that you can put a heat and eat lunch together. I heated frozen hot bites and they took 50 minutes. This is not a microwave, it just warms stuff up. I road trip alot. I used it for Jimmy Dean heat and eat breakfasts, reheating hot dogs, precooked foods, etc. The longer it stays in the better.

We've been spending tons of money on junky fast food and throwing out spoiled leftovers. My husband LOVES this thing. He can have pretty much whatever he wants for lunch now (as long as I cook it for him). Takes 20-30 min to heat a full meal. I pack the meal in a foil loaf pan that fits right in - talk about easy cleanup.

leave it pluged in for 45-60 minutes and the food will be hot and sometimes even a light boil. great thing. easy to clean too.

I had a different brand that worked great but after a few years it wore out. This one arrived damaged and doesn’t get hot from both sides. Also the side that does get hot doesn’t get hot enough.

It works very well. One of the problems with it is you need to buy pans for the inside. Small loaf pans work great. Foil if you can find them. I used metal ones from dollar tree and bent down the edges with a pair of pliers to make them fit and packing a lunch is easy by covering the top of the pan with foil so it's ready for heating. My husband works in a rural area that doesn’t have a place for a microwave or any way to heat up meals and he got really tired cold lunches so one of his coworkers had some thing similar so we pick this up works amazing especially with smaller 10 takeout containers would definitely buy this again.

Over the years I have had several of these lunchbox food heaters. I bought them at truckstops. Put your food in them, plug it in, and the food is hot about 30 minutes later. You can also buy aluminum inserts at truckstops for them which helps to keep the inside clean.Over the years I tried various 12 volt food cookers. The lunchbox type food cooker, as shown here, was my favorite.And while this is made for food, you can also heat water in it. When the top is closed, it makes a good water seal.

I bought this lunch box for my husband, he’s a truck driver, and it’s a great buy. Affordable price, reliable, easy to use. Didn’t burn his lunch and it is easy to clean.

Be careful with the end of the cord . I've ordered two & both times the part that goes into the cars auxiliary power outlet has broken off if it wasn't for that thus would have been great for my husband's lunch

I bought this for the hubby for Christmas. he is happy he doesn't have to eat cold sandwiches for lunches anymore. he says that it takes less than an hour to warm up just about anything.
